A lean, racy Sauvignon Blanc with ozone top notes smacking of the sea, complemented by knife edge acidity and a long, elegant finish. Highly recommended with sunshine and Oysters!

"Life from Stone"

from The Springfield Estate

A striking & individual wine from the stoniest soil of this hightly regarded esate. Exciting notes of a concentrated bell pepper/gunpowder pungenc contrast with the exuberant freshness of a squeaky acidid edge setting up sharp, clean flavours, along with some gentler tropical notes smoothing the zesty finish. Absolutely scrummy!

 "Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc"

from the Diemersdal Estate

A noteworthy and delicious Sauvignon Blanc created by a team with a particular fascination for sauvignon which has lead them to receive many top wine awards and SGS organic status. Of particular note in this fine example is the Lemongrass and Fynbos presenting trademark minerality and a racy acidity that makes it such a good food partner.

Fleur du Cap Sauvignon Blanc - Unfiltered

Deep, sleek aromas and a brilliant mineral intensity have earned the 2009 a rere, full 5 stars from John Platter. With even greater poise then previous years this superb wine thrills with mouthwatering freshness end lees enrichment.

L'Ormarins Sauvignon Blanc

This unwooded wine shows typical Sauvignon Blanc varietal characteristics, fresh & flavourful with an asparagus & green pepper aftertaste.

ATARAXIA Sauvignon Blanc

An absolute delight from Kevin Grant's small vineyard team who are experiencing outstanding success...with all three of their select wines warranting four or five stars from the big J.P.!!! - ataraxia n. a serene state of mind free from worry and preoccupation.

Grapefruit notes and a subtle minerality avoid the cliches of simple greenness & tropicality, a piercing focus yet some rich softness too-

Methode Ancienne Chardonnay

from The Springfield Estate Extreme winemaking taken to the limit with this single-vineyard Chardonnay 'inspired by ancient Burgundy'. An ultra-stylish, beautifully poised and focussed wine, that utterly belies its 14% alcohol. Made to last a lifetime and fully worthy of it - "To die for!" says The Boss!!

"Ataraxia Chardonnay"

Ataraxia - a serene state of freedom from worry and preoccupation'. The charming name for this internationally acclaimed vineyard is only surpassed by the excellng quality of their wines.
